Use of swimming pool is not allowed.

For reservations require a deposit equal to 30% of the total.
The balance will be sent by the customer by bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival.
Failure to send the balance in the terms indicated will lead to cancellation of the booking by the tourist facility.
Prices are per week: including utilities (water, electricity and gas), air conditioning (only for east and south), bedroom and bath linen and final cleaning.
Final cleaning of € 80 SOUTH and € 90 EST is EXCLUDED, and the tourist tax of € 1 per day for adults and over 12 years.
Apartments are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure.
